ya, these are the information that you are required to fill in on ur form. then for the sports day, i know it's quite demanding for all of you to join the events on thurs, but i seriously want to see the class win. We have the chance, but if we all dun work together, this opportunity to win will be gone. i dun wish to see this kind of chance to jus slip away liddat. ya, hope you all will understand.
